It's just a quick one today - I’m sharing Three Bands I've Been Listening To At Work. Music has always been a big part of my life - from dancing round the basement to Patti Smith with my dad as a young child to singing along at countless gigs around the world (well - Canada, USA and UK). I've got music I listen to at the gym, and music I listen to at work (click here to go see the blog post where I did a playlist sneak peek a while back). The two are VERY different. I've got music I listen to when I'm doing really focused work and I've got music I listen to when I'm doing auto-pilot tasks (the more singing along the better). Here's what I've been listening to at work lately.

I also had a couple days last week listening to Spice Girls, New Kids on the Block, Backstreet Boys, Hanson and Jewel. I had another day where I went down a tunnel of stuff like Pedro the Lion, Dismemberment Plan, Her Space Holiday, Cap n Jazz, The Postal Service and Camera Obscura.
