My Mood Tracker Notepad is a lovely little assistant to tracking your mood. Use it daily, or weekly.
Featuring 100 tear off, printed sheets to fill in with your mood and comments. We rarely take the time to get to know our moods, and what brings them on. This notepad brings a little burst of positivity and encourages you to do something nice to treat yourself, especially on the days you don't feel great.
The notepad is A6 size (105mm x 148mm) and is glued at the top.
Each notepad comes wrapped with a belly band to keep the pages together in transit.
