Orders are posted Mondays and Thursdays. Please order before 2pm on the post day for your order to make that post. 

DELIVERY: All orders in the UK over £5 receive free shipping. Each item is packaged with care. Orders in the UK are sent First Class via Royal Mail, and in most cases you should receive your order within 2 days of it shipping. If there is any delay with your order before shipping, you will be contacted within 1-2 business days. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY  takes approximately 5-10 working days and sometimes can take longer if there are hold ups at customs. This is out of my control, so please note these delivery times are estimates. International orders are sent via a tracked service. Please note that in the case of larger orders, if the flat rate postage will not cover it so you may be contacted to pay further shipping charges if this exceeds the charged cost of £15. It is advised you send an email in advance to get a quote if your order total exceeds £30 before shipping. Taxes are not charged on international orders and the buyer has the responsibility of covering any customs and duties charges as the item is imported into their country. Please note, any delays or returned items due to customer not paying taxes and duties will not be refunded the postage.  

 

GIFT VOUCHERS: Promotional discounts do not apply to gift vouchers. If you order a gift voucher using a discount code, your order will be refunded. Gift voucher orders are processed with regular orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Emails containing your gift voucher code and/or printable voucher will be emailed on the day nearest to your order, provided you have ordered by 2pm. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please contact me if you cannot use the full balance as your code will be updated with the new total. No change is given. 

REFUNDS/RETURNS: I have worked hard to ensure your product arrives safely and as expected, but sometimes things happen that I cannot control. In the event that you wish to make a return, please contact the shop via email at hello@angelachick.com within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Please note: personalised items cannot be returned unless defective.

 

Customers will be responsible for any return postage costs (unless goods are faulty). Please make sure you use a recorded delivery service at the time of posting just in case anything happens on its journey back to me.

 

It is requested that items are returned as you received them (unworn/unused) along with their original packaging and any dispatch notes included (where applicable).

 

If you receive faulty goods: please contact me immediately and I will arrange for return postage (which I will cover) and a refund.

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct delivery details when they order. If you have entered the incorrect details when ordering and your order does not arrive due to that, you will be refunded your order value (minus shipping), on the condition that the postal service returns your undelivered order to the return address on the package.
